These terms and conditions set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of PCMS as a visitor or a user. The parties who facilitate PCMS are entitled at any time to change PCMS or these conditions without any announcement in advance. By using PCMS you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these terms and conditions.

1. User account and password
When you sign up to become a user, a personal password will be provided to you by PCMS. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You can only access PCMS after filling in your personal user name and password.

Make sure that your password is kept safe and cannot be used by unauthorized persons. Please notify PCMS immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password (preferably by sending an email to PCMS). If you loose or forget your password, you can access PCMS again by contacting PCMS user support support@proactima.com.

2. Privacy and security
The personal data in your user account are strictly confidential and can only be accessed by you by signing in to your account. PCMS will not sell or provide personal account information to third parties. In the processing of your data PCMS will comply with the Norwegian regulations on protection of personal information.

3. Data processing
PCMS logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, etc. from users and visitors to the site. These data are used to manage the website and for security and monitoring purposes.

4. Disclaimer
Although the content of the website has been compiled and is updated with the utmost care, the parties facilitating PCMS cannot guarantee the correctness of the information on the website or the results from using the tools. The parties facilitating PCMS assume no responsibility and accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting from visiting or using PCMS.
